Au contraire, Senhor Rebelo has recently been put in charge of the PJ in Lisbon. Unlike the fat defective who left such a mess behind, Senhor Rebelo is rather well-respected.

He certainly isn't over his head in legal trouble due to conducting a vicious vendetta against the parents of a missing child.

He certainly hasn't got himself mentioned in Amnesty reports due to covering up torture.

He isn't a convicted criminal, unlike the fat defective.

He hasn't got himself a mention at the United Nations Human Rights Commission, due to covering up torture.

You would also expect them to know that two of the five judges wanted Leonor Cipriano cleared and released - are they IN IT, too?

They don't even seem to know that a succession of Portuguese courts have ruled that Leonor Cipriano was indeed tortured in police custody, or that it is only a matter of time before she receives compensation.
