Ben Fellows Is Charged



The first point to make is that Mr Fellows is as entitled to a fair legal process as anyone else and that means not publishing anything that could prejudice a possible future trial.

However, it does need to be pointed out that there is a great deal of disinformation online about his case.

So, I’m going to stick to the facts.

1) Just over a year ago, 8th Aug 2013, Ben Fellows was arrested for ‘Conspiracy to Pervert the course of Justice’.

2) According to what he himself has written, in early 2014 he left the country and in the process skipped police bail.

3) On his return to the country from Lanzerote yesterday he was arrested and apparently placed in custody until the 29th December when he will appear before a Crown Court.

Those are the facts and anyone who is stupid enough to speculate on this case or repeat some of the false information found online could end up either a) ending up charged themselves for being in ‘contempt of court’, or b) facing a civil case for libel.


Oh, so Soya's latest lost cause is banged up because he skipped bail? How very right-on and keeping it real!

So, why would Cameron bother giving a no-mark like her the time of day? She's about as relevant as a yappy little dog.

She paid several visits? Were they like that one where she asked the policeman something or another?

Why would Cameron waste his time talking to her? She's totally biased and unprofessional, and is never done looking for a cause to latch onto. And she makes Russel Brand look sincere in comparison.

Were these visits to Downing Street or to Chequers? LL

Perish the thought she - or any of these self-styled citizen churnalists - should act professionally. So much more right on, alternative and keeping it real to pester a couple of policemen when Cameron's eating his dinner.

Nope. She has definitely got an Agenda. Which mainly seems to be centred around destroying what little credibility she ever had. Which wasn't much to begin with.

She's never going to get anywhere, she's too unprofessional. Notice she is completely ignorant of 'hard' news - like police helicopters crashing through pub roofs?

It's all fluffy, emotional stuff, like being unable to attend Leyland's inquest without her telling readers about how tearful she was - and being unable to report it accurately and objectively.

She also believes every single bit of bullsh*t she hears, as long as it comes from a conspiraloon Truthseeker. Hardly surprising that people with better things to do - like eating their dinner - flee from her emoting, attention-seeking presence.

Oh dear, more shrill attention-seeking and playing to the gallery. The much-touted Soya Truthseeking opus looks like it's going to be funnier than The Interview - not that that would be hard. Disaster and hilarity is guaranteed when conspiraloons do their Truthseeking amongst the armchair defectives - or thicko internet lynch mob, as the haters are better known.

Hope it's as funny as the Clegg one, in which Soya shrieks a lot and is ignored.

That one sounds as if she's going to wet herself with excitement. Lord knows why, Soya's been getting her 'research' from some of the worst multi-headed trolls in any part of the internet, as well as the input of Bennett and co.
