Police to quiz two male suspects

Post  Max on Sun Dec 07, 2014 2:18 am

Police to quiz two male suspects about missing Madeleine McCann

TWO men who bear striking resemblances to people seen around the holiday apartment from where Madeleine McCann vanished will be the focus of Scotland Yard investigations in Portugal this week.

Published: 00:01, Sun, December 7, 2014By JAMES MURRAY

The men, one British and one Portuguese, are expected to face questioning in Faro on the Algarve along with nine other witnesses.
Portuguese officers will conduct the interviews with British officers present.
Separate witnesses saw the men near the apartment in Praia da Luz shortly before Madeleine, three, was abducted on May 3 2007.
Detective Chief Inspector Andy Redwood flies to Faro tomorrow in the hope that he can achieve a breakthrough in the days before he retires.
He is being joined on the trip by DCI Nicola Wall from the Met’s Homicide and Major Crime Command Unit.
She is taking over command of Operation Grange, the Yard’s investigation into the case, on December 22.
Her appointment means an all-woman team now heads the international investigation.
DCI Wall will be working closely with Portuguese state prosecutor Ines Sequira.
She will also attend meetings with Ana Paulo Rito, the criminal coordinator of the Policia Judiciaria in nearby Portimao, and Helen Monteiro, who leads the team of Portuguese detectives.
Meanwhile, in Lisbon on Wednesday the libel trial brought by Madeleine’s parents Kate and Gerry McCann against former police chief Goncalo Amaral resumes.

Thanks, Max.

I get the distinct impression that the Yard and the new PJ know pretty much who they are after. And no, stupid haters, it isn't the McCanns - read the sig. vvvvvv

I see the Hounders are indulging in their favourite occupation - stalking complete strangers, especially women. When they're not enjoying obscene photoshopping.

Disgusting 'people'.

There is, IMO, something very unsavoury and unclean about the hounders.

This is the bunch that fled not-Bennett's with cries of moral superiority. They are stalking a woman who is a total stranger to them, because Bullsh*t posted her name and drew their attention to it. Names **** by me:

Come on blacksmith,out with it what role in this does she play.

=========

There`s a *********** living in Lagos who might be her daughter. A person named ******* must be in her 60s - 70s.

========

I think you are right. look on Facebook for the mother, the friends list. There appears another name that is on the Blacksmith's list. Not that it proves anything, just a connection so far.

=====

I`m not on facebook so can`t see friends - but that sounds interesting.

================

No, it doesn't sound 'interesting', it sounds like the same scummy behaviour that has helped make the hounders utterly despised. And that lot pretended to be SO much better!

Bullsh*t threw them a name out of Lord knows where, and off they go, scenting blood yet again. They really are nothing but an internet lynch mob.

I see sluttynympho has been at it, too:

http://www.stopthemyths.info/viewtopic.php?f=115&t=7254&start=125

Watching Syno strutting round twitter as she posts up the names and facebook link of a woman named by A BLOGGER NOT KNOWN FOR HIS RELIABILITY as being due to be questioned in the McCann case has quite literally turned my stomach.

Especially when she then blares 'yah, agree absolutely, shouldn't be contacted'

OF COURSE SHE SHOULDN'T BE BLOODY CONTACTED BY FOOLS OFF THE INTERNET!! Normal folks don't even need to say it Denise. And normal folks would not have posted up her details on twitter for the entire world to see. I don't care if it WAS in the public domain - let the public find it for themselves. What is this, a fekin sleuthing contest? That's what it read like, all of them trying to show their amazing 'research' skills.

The haters are putting on a sickening display, stalking...well, anyone they feel like. And then they whine and cry because they are universally detested!

Madeleine McCann Cops To Go Back To Portugal
Police are expected to spend three days questioning several people in connection with the three-year-old's disappearance in 2007.

British police are returning to Portugal to question several people in connection with the disappearance of Madeleine McCann this week.

The detectives, who will travel to the Algarve on Monday, are expected to spend three days working on the case.

It comes in the wake of the departure of the detective leading the hunt for Madeleine, who vanished from a holiday apartment in Praia da Luz in May 2007 while her parents Gerry and Kate were dining with friends nearby.

Detective Chief Inspector Andy Redwood, who has been the head of Operation Grange since it was set up in 2011, will step down before Christmas.

He will be replaced by Detective Chief Inspector Nicola Wall, who will officially take over the inquiry on 22 December.

She will travel with the detectives going to Portugal and will meet with officials there.

Earlier this year, Scotland Yard detectives returned to Portugal to help interview several people over the case.

It followed on from searches of three areas of land near the Ocean Club, the hotel where the McCanns were staying.

Portuguese and British investigators excavated an area of scrubland to the west of the resort at the start of June but found no evidence related to the case.

Portuguese police closed their investigation in 2008, but the Met launched its own inquiry three years later.

===============

I suppose it's too much to expect that we will be spared any more old-fashioned, sexist rubbish from haters and hounders like:

Collective Women's power.
No chance Kate can act damsel in distress. She will be ignored.

Utterly pathetic. Like everything else about them. Rolling Eyes

The hounders have started smearing the Wilkins family now, with remarks like:

Jeremiah did not disclose what DVD he watched as he enjoyed a carefree evening. Most probably because he didn't, in actual fact, watch one.

OMG! He didn't let a shower of armchair defectives know what DVD he watched???? BURN THE WITCH!!!

Does it never, ever occur to the sticky-beakers that the things they get in such a frenzy about are actually trivial and irrelevant, and of no interest whatsoever to the REAL police?

They really should seek urgent psychiatric help.

Maybe this stupid hounder should think of the even more likely reason that he didn't disclose the name of the DVD.

NOBODY ASKED HIM TO.

The UK police received the request for an interview at about 17.10 and had managed to send the full interview transcript back within four hours. It was an efficient and speedy action on the part of the UK police. If Amaral (in whose name the original request was sent) had been worried about the lack of a DVD name surely, having seen how efficient the UK police were, he would just have sent a further request to find the name.

They've hinted at that already, to further demonstrate just how diseased their 'minds' are. One can only assume that they invent these ghoulish theories with such ease because that's the sort of sick thing they can imagine themselves doing.

Appendage to the SHOCK blog. Explains the 8 week thing.

But -

Oh dear, we’d better add this. We don’t have inside information on any of the eleven suspects/witnesses or the future course of the investigation. Official or semi-official sources state that the questioning of the only known suspects will begin in Portugal this week; so will the libel trial; the inquest into Brenda Leyland will resume on December 18; and the libel trial should finish sometime in February. Eight weeks (around second week of February) is our rough estimate for the completion of the events which make up this act.

So, Bullshit just thought he would throw the name of a woman no-one had ever heard of, who isn't in the police files, in front of the slavering haters, hounders and lynch-mobbers for them to stalk and speculate about. To find links and join the dots.

Piece of merde. Under all the interlectool pretensions, Bullshit's just another pitchforker, just like all the haters and hounders on the cesspit sites he claims to despise so much.

Hello.
You will note that I have deleted the Bureau. There are a number of reasons for doing so, the most important of which is that it is no longer fulfilling its purpose of assisting GA with the provision of reliable counter-information to the inadequacies of the UK media.

One issue, however, concerns you and me.

I have always accepted criticism from the supporters of the McCanns, most of whom are, while unpleasant as individuals, as sincere in their views as we are in ours, especially since the blog has never been aimed at forum members but at the neutral general reader. For some time, however, on the Joana Morais and MCF sites you have allowed, unmoderated, persistent personal attacks on me, mostly, it seems, from Portuguese posters, claiming, among other things, that I had no factual basis for my comments and that they were some sort of vendetta against GA (Goncalo Amaral ed.)or the Portuguese.

And these comments have been amplified elsewhere.You know what a good friend of Portugal I have been. You knew perfectly well that the majority of the Portuguese information I posted from beginning to end was provided by Goncalo Amaral and yourself, with subsidiary input and documentation from others, including members of the PJ, officer De Freitas and lawyers associated with the case, for example. Furthermore I remind you that before publication of recent posts I repeatedly asked for the evidence from GA of political interference by the UK, none of which he was able to provide. At no time has anyone on those two sites made any attempt to point out to the more hysterical of your posters, even tactfully and anonymously, the true origin of much of my information.

I could not do so myself without breaching confidentiality and good faith. As a result the clear impression has been given, and allowed to stand by you and your colleagues, that I am one of those fraudsters like Bennett and Levy – both of whom have been protected from any criticism at all on your sites - who aggrandise themselves with pretend sources, lies and rumours. I am sorry but I am not willing to accept that insult to my reputation unchallenged.

Unless I receive a reply from you today outlining your plans to bring these facts to your readers on both sites I intend to publish this email.

Good interview with Anthony Summers on BBC breakfastime. Very positive about SY/PT investigation, but says it is anticipated to be a long process. Many leads still to be followed up.

Says he interviewed the PT AG for the book!
