Aren't they just, Jean-Pierre? Apart from their disgusting heroine Butler, Morais flouncing and closing her blog is an extremely large straw in the wind, IMO.

She would NEVER have done that, IMO, if there had been the slightest chance of basking in Amoral's triumph. IMO, she knows he's screwed.

Ima van den Hoek ‏@parapono

Substitute "proved" with "provided"

Bit of a problem there, sunshine. The word 'provada' means 'proved', not provided.

Words like:

fornecido

previsto

provido

abastecido

munido

mean 'provided'.

Sorry, whatever Gonzo was accused of has been PROVEN.

As in

Court reveals today proved matter against Gonçalo Amaral without presence of McCanns

Incidentally, speaking of fraud, why has NO information been made public about the Gonzo Fund? I can only recall a statement in 2012 about paying one of his many old lawyers some €2,000 - and that's it.

The begging bowl has been passed around a lot, but none of Team Gonzo have ever seen fit to reveal what is coming in and going out.

Wonder why that is?

This is rather difficult to follow, but it looks as if the court has ruled that the McCanns WERE damaged by Gonzo's nonsense:

http://www.dnoticias.pt/actualidade/pais/493872-tribunal-da-como-provado-danos-causados-por-goncalo-amaral-a-kate-e-gerry-mc?utm_source=auto_rss&utm_medium=twitter

Court gives as proven damage caused by Gonçalo Amaral Kate and Gerry McCann

The court gave today as evidence that the book of former Inspector of Judicial Police (PJ) Gonçalo Amaral, entitled "Maddie: The Truth of the Lie", caused damage to the parents of Madeleine McCann, missing British child in 2007, in the Algarve.

In order, the magistrate also considered that the book reproduces excerpts appearing on the process in which Kate and Gerry McCann were made defendants, in September 2007, filed in July of the following year, even though the British couple has been charged. [sic]

Madeleine McCann disappeared when he was four years in the tourist village of Aldeia da Luz, near Portimao, where the family was on vacation.

Kate and Gerry McCann have always maintained the position that Maddie was abducted. The case was recently reopened by prosecutors.

Hopefully, things will become clearer later.

Court gives as proven damage caused by former inspector book the McCanns

Maddie disappeared on May 3, 2007, the room where he slept with two twin brothers in the Algarve, while the parents dined out with friends.

The court found as a fact that the book of former Inspector of Judicial Police Gonçalo Amaral, entitled "Maddie: The Truth of the Lie.", Caused damage to the parents of Madeleine McCann, missing British child in 2007 in the Algarve In order, the magistrate also found that the book reproduces excerpts appearing on the process in which Kate and Gerry McCann were made defendants, in September 2007, filed in July of the following year, even though the British couple has been charged********. Kate and Gerry McCann have always maintained the position that Maddie was abducted. The case was recently reopened by the Public Ministry and the British police returned to Portugal to investigate an area of about 60 thousand square meters near Praia da Luz and lead to new cable inquiries. The parents of missing British child claim compensation of 1, 2 million to the former inspector, who accuse him of defamation. In the book "Maddie: The Truth of the Lie", the former coordinator of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Judicial Police of Portimão defends the alleged involvement of Kate and Gerry in the disappearance of the child and concealment of a corpse. Maddie McCann disappeared on May 3, 2007, the room where he slept with two twin brothers in an apartment in a resort in Praia da Luz, while the parents dined out with friends.

******* Something may be going wrong here with the online translations, because the McCanns were most definitely NOT charged. They were, however, accused by Gonzo before he was kicked off the case.

Bits are starting to appear here:

xxxxxhttp://themaddiecasefiles.com/post321103.html#p321103

as usual when dealing with any material from Gonzo supporters, do NOT take it as the full, untwisted, unspun, unedited truth.

This bit is interesting:

14. Authors Kate MacCann and Gerald MacCann feel a deep shame and an indescribable ill-being because they are considered, by most people who know the theories of defendant Gonçalo Amaral, as having responsibility in the death of their daughter, being so cowardly that they have hidden her cadaver, simulating abduction, all of this to avoid criminal accusations?

Proved that the couple felt badly about being considered responsible over the hiding of their daughter's body and simulating her abduction by those who believe in Mr Amaral's thesis.

The judge states that it is not possible to determine what most people who have read or seen Mr Amaral's thesis actually think.
She adds that the plaintiffs failed to prove shame, even with Kate stating it was not shame that she felt.
The judge once more believes it is expectable that the plaintiffs would feel badly about being considered to be responsible for hiding the body and staging an abduction - not, the judge stresses, about being responsible for their daughter's death, as is commonly, and mistakenly, believed
.

The judge would appear to have ruled Gonzo's entire 'thesis' is bollox. Which it is, of course.

Wonder how big the cheque will be? Pcorneater

Incidentally, why did the Kazlux forker start posting ruling at number 11? Doesn't it like the first ten, or something? Were they even worse than this?

13. Because of the statements made by defendant Gonçalo Amaral in the book, in the documentary and in the interview to Correio da Manhã, authors Kate MacCann and Gerald MacCann suffer permanent anguish, insomnia, lack of appetite, anxiety and irritability, preoccupation and indefinable fear?

Proved.

And that, Dear Readers, is the money shot. Together with the judge's remarks about people MISTAKENLY believing the McCanns harmed their oldest daughter.
