The Cascais court today condemned a prison sentence of four and a half years in prison for inspecting the Judicial Police (PJ) for having diverted 40,000 euros during searches to a residence in Cascais.

Emanuel Briosa was accused by the Public Ministry (MP) of diverting 200,000 euros, in the course of the search for a residence in Cascais (Lisbon district), under the "Rota do Atlântico" process, in which businessman José Veiga is one of the defendants .
