Pedro, I hang my head with shame that you, a PT man, have read of the awful lack of parenting that very occasionally happens to children in the UK. Such neglect is not common but it happens


Would this have happened without drugs?

No, I don't think Social Workers are always to blame. But not long ago, in France, two Doctors and a Social Worker were sent to prison for obvious failures.

I think you have misunderstood, Pedro. Sadie is saying that she feels ashamed of Britain, but that these things happen everywhere.
But you are doing so well with English, and it is understandable that you don't always get some of the things we say. So keep the articles coming. You are really valuable to this Forum.
