and was thrilled to discover Midas's post, in which she pretended to have been converted to the Hounding cause, was preserved in all it's glory.

Who can forget the hilarity it caused, not least because she was so excited about telling the world of her 'conversion', she forgot to look at the clock....

BBC Radio Leicester reports the concerns of the Madeleine Foundation. At 8 am this morning I heard that residents of Leicester had awoken to find leaflets on their doormats with The Madeleine Foundation's reasons for a thorough investigation into Madeleine's disappearance. I went downstairs to find mine and will be taking it into work to pass around. I did not know any of this and had considered myself well informed.

Did she seriously think that her Join Date and Time wouldn't come up? But Bennett must have had a hand in this, so he's as big a fool as she is.

I know, that was the best bit of it, especially given the paranoid, Draconian regime in force at 3A in its last days.

So, she found her leaflet, was converted to a Hounder, found 3A, joined, started a thread in praise of Hounding, and heard about it on the BBC - all before the report had even been broadcast.

You couldn't make it up. Oh wait, I forgot - they did.

They are actually not very good at it, are they. What sort of response did she get, by the way?

As I recall, Bennett then chimed in with his pre-scripted reply, about what a great breakthrough this was, and how the future belonged to them.

Then anyone even vaguely sane pointed out that they were barking mad, Bennett boasted that Debs was going to be on telly and that the 'red-tops' were interested...

The rest is history.
