Official Find Madeleine Campaign
After seeing photographic evidence. Kate and Gerry can confirm that the child sighted in India recently is NOT their daughter Madeleine. This has been conveyed to the appropriate authorities in both India and the UK. Whilst Kate and Gerry remain very grateful for the continued vigilance of people around the world, the search for Madeleine must, and will, continue. ~ Clarence Mitchell

Thanks, mf. I cannot imagine how the family must feel on this kind of emotional roller-coaster - but it has been heartening to see so many normal, decent people hoping that this time Madeleine really had been found.
Easy to forget how few haters there really are, when they are all shrieking spite at the very idea that a missing child could have been found.

They seem totally fixated on the Find Madeleine FB, despite the fact that it is none of their damned business. I suspect it is because seeing the sheer number of people who support the McCanns rubs it in what a lunatic fringe they actually are?

They've been going on for 4 years now, but they haven't seen anything like real numbers until Kate wrote her best selling book.

They can't use those figures as a fluke because the FB page helps support those numbers. I guess they are truly frustrated at seeing a bubble burst before their eyes?

A DEATH threat to George Galloway is being investigated by police in London.

Mr Galloway asked the Metropolitan Police to investigate after a threat was posted online by a member of the far-right English Defence League (EDL).

He contacted the police at Streatham near his south London home after a senior EDL member Daryl Hobson, who has boasted of the group’s links with Norwegian killer Anders Breivik, posted a message reading “Kill George Galloway” on his own Facebook page.
