Depraved Watkins gets 35 years

I am not repeating the harrowing details of this case, we've all seen it and how vile it is. But thank God the judge has handed down VERY heavy sentences:

Lostprophets singer Ian Watkins has been sentenced to 35 years in jail for 13 sex offences, including the attempted rape of a baby.
Watkins shook uncontrollably as he was handed down the sentence at Cardiff Crown Court.
Two female co-defendants, aged 21 and 25, were also sentenced for various sex offences, with 'Mother A' given 14 years in jail and 'Mother B' given 17 years. They cannot be named for legal reasons.
Justice Royce QC told Watkins and the two co-defendants, "what you three did plumbs new depths of depravity". He also described the singer as having a "dark and sinister" side.
He added that Watkins was a "high risk of causing emotional and sexual harm to children and to women"
Few tears will be shed if the piece of sh*t comes out in a box.

In a phone call from prison with a woman named Samantha on November 27 he said his crimes were ‘not that bad’ and said he had considered trying to trick a jury into believing he was innocent using his ‘charm’.
‘It was like either me go up there and say come on it wasn’t that bad. Do I try to win them over with my charm? Or do I just make things worse for myself saying I was off my head, I can’t remember,’ he said.
Describing his abuse of children, he added: ‘It was mega lolz. I don’t know what everyone is getting so freaked out about.’

He amply qualifies for my, Taken outside and shot forthwith, test, Lily. I see no point in him polluting other prisoners' air for the rest of his hopefully miserable life.

He's never going to see the light of day again.
