Apart from the Hounders, I haven't seen any of the McCann-haters condemn Butler for such a vile crime. Quite the contrary, they've all been billing and cooing over her and her self-inflicted 'trauma'.

But as you say, it's not surprising, they hero-worship convicted perjurers and torturers, soon-to-be-convincted gangsters - even an axe killer, FFS. They value mindless hatred of the McCann family above all else.

And they DO hate the whole McCann family. Look at how they joyfully speculate about ways they can make Madeleine's siblings miserable as they grow up - scum that they are.

They hate Madeleine too, underneath it all. Why else would so many of them get off on speculating about - well, we all know what the one-handed typists enjoy speculating about.

If she was found tomorrow, by a miracle, they would first of all accuse her of being one of their imagined 'clones' and then accuse the child of being IN IT.
