No prizes for guessing what is on most of the front pages! The Star handles the new arrival in its typical understated fashion:

I think the Sun has the best headline, though:

Princess has a name - from Sky:

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have announced that their baby daughter is to be called Charlotte Elizabeth Diana.

Kensington Palace tweeted the couple were "delighted" to announce the baby will be known as: "Her Royal Highness Princess Charlotte of Cambridge."

I suppose 'Nicola' was always a bit of a long shot... Wink

Yes, I expected the name to have mention of Granny and Great Granny, just not the order, or what else, Lily. There hasn't been a Charlotte for a while, I don't think?

The Russian ladies do have a point - it's most unusual to see a very new mum looking so elegant, in high heels. I suspect Kate collapsed in a heap as soon as she was safely out of the public eye at Ken Pal.

That's an interesting piece about past royal births. Some good comments, too.
