Xcuse me. How come The McCanns are responsible for the two postponements? Gonc postponed his Trial and Bennett postponed his own as well. Nothing to do with The McCanns.

And then, just suppose, that Madeleine' remains are discovered, or one of the Tapas 7 decides to tell the whole truth, or the SY team reached the same conclusion that the PJ did, and some action is taken again TM.
What would be the damages to be awarded to TB.
Perjury - resulting in wrongful imprisonment, not to mention the libel aspects.
I would guess it might run into hundreds of thousands.
The "Fund" would by then have been wound up, so the entire award would be borne by TM.

The McCanns have nothing to fear from Scotland Yard, either - the Yard know Madeleine was abducted. As does the non-Gonc PJ, who loathe their embarrassing ex-colleague.

There's nothing to think about. Bennett and all the hounders and forkers are totally, 100% wrong, and in the wrong.

That their own irrational hatred and ignorance has led the hounders and forkers to this pass, is no-one's fault but their own.

Not that they ever will be up to speed because all of their defence material is irrelevant to the matters in hand. They are both running scared and trying to put off the inevitable retribution.
