There is something odd about that @saltburnlady account. Its a very old account opened in September 2010 with no followers, no follows and no tweets till today.

Some people may not be aware that it is possible to "clean up" accounts on twitter to make them look new. In fact I think at least a couple of the very many incarnations of Photon were done that way in the past.

The style reminded me of AndyRaptor a bit. I don't know much - well, nothing, actually, about how twitter works.
