I don't want to interfere with free Speech, Pedro, but failure to check so called, "Facts", resulting in Libel and Abuse is not Free Speech.
The McCanns were clearly reluctant to take on The Press, but they were driven to it in the end.
And obviously The Press learned nothing from those mistakes, as their attacks on Christopher Jefferies later proved. And I hope he copped a packet of dosh, much good will that have done him for the interference in his private life. Thank God The Police found the right one in the end, is all I can say.

It's quite long, and needs read in full, but there is clear disquiet at the idea of the press continuing to regulate itself.

But as far as I have seen, The Media has cooked it's own Goose, and Lord Justice Leveson knows that.

So, that's Leveson over. And not one word about Mike Gunnill appearing because he pretended to be Debs Butler, oddly enough.
