It's a pity, but I am not surprised. It doesn't say very much for the UK press that they are demonstrating that they are hell-bent on continuing to intrude in people's lives, spread lies, etc.
If the UK press put as much effort into exposing political scandals as they do into malicious gossip-mongering, they might be worth reading.
