Yes, it's perfect, Sabot, a classic, one of the funniest things I've seen for a long while. And it captures the deluded fanatics perfectly - even today, some of them are saying things like:

I honestly do not believe that the Met have ruled the parents out yet

What? How hard can it be to understand this simple sentence from the police officer leading the investigation?

Neither her parents or any member of the group are either persons of interest or suspects

Actually, it isn't anything that we didn't expect. We all knew what they would say. It's just too funny watching them getting hysterical about it.
I mean, we even know what they will say if the abductor is caught, and Madeleine is returned to her family.

Yup. They'll say it was a hoax, and they will then turn on Madeleine herself and declare she's IN IT.

ETA, And then feel sorry for the abductor-scum, like they did for child rapist Hewlett, and start raising money for the abductor-scum's defence.

That should keep them occupied for the next century.

Richard Sylvester I am just in an amzed situation that I was told "Reaf the rules, you can only say what is backed up by the files" Then Frances said "The fund is obviously fraudulent". It is a serious thing to say if it can't be backed up. I questioned it and was "warned" and my future posts were deleted. That is why I am angry. You can't say one thing and do another or the group becomes a joke.

If this is true, then SY are trying they're best to get that very tightly "held back" evidence from the police files by trying to hudwick PJ/AG by pretending to investigate in the UK

They really need to actually read the files, then they will find out what was held back - and why. It contains no surprises for the Yard.

Moreover, they hired a Grand Scenic, the model with extra seats but NO WHEELWELL, as Amaral and the numpties would have known if they'd even bothered to look at the pictures.

So yes, we can indeed trust Morais - to lie, edit, censor, spin and generally do anything she's told to protect Amaral. And we can depend on the numpties to believe every lying word because they're too dumb to actually read the police files
for themselves.

BTW, where is she? And why can't Astro even be ar@ed to put through comments on the moribund Morais blog?

This all came from the lie broadcast by leaks from The PJ that Madeleine's DNA was found in the wheel well. After that they had to push the next lie that the car was a Megane which does appear to have a wheel well.
So blame whoever it was in The PJ who leaked the first lie. Well, two lies actually. Wheel well and DNA. Well done that man. You have just made a right fool of Blondie and Joana Morais.
