Most normal people would decide that the photos in the UK press express the situation rather better......

Mrs. Healy looks as though she might be talking to someone and Guedes should be told about cameras and angles.  

How very dare she not want her photo taken by a leading Gonc supporter and posted on the internet!

I know. She should have regarded it as a huge honor. What was wrong with her? Didn't she know who Guedes was?  

The McCann family may have been warned that she was hanging around, looking for tidbits to share with the other forkers.

Of course, Bonny. Ms. Duarte was photographed with them.

Well done Isabel Duarte! Seemingly, she gave Ms Guedes a long-overdue earful - let's hope it was for sneaking, spying, testimony-distorting, myth-making and general Creeping For Gonc.

As Guedes is not there in an official capacity, she had no reason to insert herself into Ms. Duarte and her clients anyway.

I would point out that if someone tried to take a photograph in a banned area in the Royal Courts of Justice, they would be in contempt of court. Anne has said that she knowingly took a photograph in a prohibited area.

Quite; she would likely have been sent to cool her heels in a cell.

Not that this shambles would be happening in the first place in the UK. No defence lawyer would dare to state that a victim's testimony was 'irrelevant', as Gonc's lawyer did yesterday.

Call me silly, but wouldn't it be a good idea to look at twitter and find out, before getting hysterical?

This one is a stolen photograph, you're not allowed to take pictures inside of the Palácio da Justiça, - Guedes admitted it.

What is it with these people, that with no authority whatsoever, they've always got to insert themselves into the McCann case and make it all about them?

And predictably, their amateur meddling and egotism leads to disaster, and then they start playing the martyr.

Anyone who still thinks the 'court reports' are accurate after this should beware Nigerian princes, or people trying to sell them London landmarks.

Might have been a better idea for Guedes to have some respect for the laws of Portugal and NOT take sneaky pictures of the grandmother of a missing child INSIDE court premises.

It'll serve her right if she's banned from the court room for that.
