I understood from various PT commentators that the Supreme Court ruled in favour of Amaral but I don't recall any of them ever posting up any kind of proof of that claim. And that would explain why the book never seemed to actually go back on sale even though it was stated that it was permitted. I had presumed that was because the publishers were no longer interested but maybe the reason was simpler.

I simply do not know what really happened, Greenink. It would certainly explain a lot if that odd, hole-in-corner judgement was overturned.

It might be a mistake, but if so, it's a very big one, and very speciific. Odd.

Mistake, possibly. But if not then it is rather significant.

To the best of my recollection, and my memory is not what it was, I have never seen any actual documentary evidence of that Supreme Court judgement and I am surprised by that as I believe such judgements would usually be available online.

I recall seeing what purported to be the unbanning document, Greenink - but it was that hateblogger Blacksmith who posted the copy, so it may well not have been genuine.

I didn't see anything from a neutral, trustworthy source.

I realised a while back that there is absolutely NO point in reading hateblogs like that one, Greenink. They all exist solely to damn the McCanns and praise Amaral, their creators are incapable of telling the truth about anything, and frequently have 'issues' with alcohol and other mind-altering substances.
