Found woman who was held captive ten years

Woman abducted with 15 years appeared 10 years later.

A young woman abducted and sexually assaulted for ten years was found alive and her alleged kidnapper was arrested , announced on Wednesday the California police .

The victim , now with 25 , was kidnapped in 2004 in Santa Ana , southeast of Los Angeles , authorities said .

Was herself who introduced herself to the police and reported her alleged assailant , Isidro Garcia , 41 , who has been detained .

The youngster, who was 15 when she was kidnapped and whose identity has not been revealed until now , had several opportunities to escape during the 10 years of captivity , but " did not find the way to do," police said in a statement .

According to the same source Isidro Garcia forced the young woman to marry him in 2007 and the two had a son in 2012 .

Garcia , who lived with the victim in Bell Gardens, a " tough " neighborhood south of Los Angeles , about 40 miles of Santa Ana , was arrested for kidnapping and rape.

The girl was reported missing in August 2004 . At the time the man have it - drugged and taken to his home and then have arranged false documents .
