Just my two pennarth........... maybe it isn't a coincident that Amaral's Libel trial was postponed until the 8th.   Just maybe he KNEW these people were due to be questioned and it might support his case.  He is bound to have contacts telling him what is happening in the case.  If he was tipped off that something big was due to happen, then maybe sacking his lawyer on the day of the trial was the only way he could stop the trial from happening until after these people are questioned.  

Oh, don't be so frigging stupid! How on earth does it benefit Gonzo for the entire WORLD now to see just what a complete omnishambles he made of the original investigation, through incompetence or design?

Especially given the new rules which mean that the police must have EVIDENCE? Rules that came into force days after he made the McCanns arguidos without evidence?

The new arguido is none other than Murat's friend and business partner Sergei Malinka, he of the exploding cars.

Er, put the crack pipe down and try to grasp - Malinka isn't a witness this time, he's a SUSPECT. And under the new rules, the PJ has to have real, proper evidence before they can make people SUSPECTS.

I wonder if the OC driver was picking up all the friends and relatives who came out to join the McCanns on their extended holiday? It was 3 weeks before the McCanns hired a car, and Warners were laying on drivers for them up until that time - they may also have been driving the celebrity pair to their media interviews etc.
