I understand that Stalker's switch to anonymous proxy has also now been logged and that this will strengthen harassment complaint (it cannot be used as a defence apparently, it is perceived as an attempt to cover tracks during questionable behaviour (especially when there is considerable evidence of that questionable behaviour).

This is very disturbing behaviour. Especially when coupled with libelous accusations and incitement for others to participate.


Yet again, the haters demonstrate their utter IGNORANCE. There is not a forum in existence whose admin can't see the IPs of members AND visitors. And their proxies - it's pointless trying to hidemyass.

Far from being 'illegal', it's a built-in security feature - helps stop DDOS attacks by scum, that sort of thing. And said admin are duty-bound to pass on relevant information when it's needed for legal purposes.

Why are these people so STUPID.

Well known figures have been victims of these trolls. The McCann family has been subject to revolting anonymous hate-tweeting abuse. Labour MP Stella Creasy has been the target of horrific online threats. There are other MPs who are suffering from racist harassment too dreadful to report.

They'll probably start abusing him now for speaking out against them.

How long does it imagine it takes the REAL police or other legal entities to get a customer name and address to go with an IP from whichever broadband company a troublemaker is using? And no, hidemyass and similar will NOT hide your real ip from any of the perfectly legal proxy strippers.

Wonder if they would be so bold if they realized that.

All Internet Posters can be traced, fake IP or not. All Internet Providers are required by law to disclose personal details.

How stupid! What about the Mail? Other media? The neighbours? Family members she may have spoken to on the phone? Local shopkeepers? Hotel staff?

Ms Leyland died several DAYS after she spoke to Martin Brunt.

She's never let facts stop her before so why start now?  

There's a two-day gap, and we simply do not know what happened in that time, who Leyland spoke to, where she was, etc.

Also - I didn't see the earliest broadcasts of her meeting with Brunt. Are we sure that they were live? Because she must have been heading out with her 'friend' very, very early in the morning, if so.

I personally don't know whether it was live, or taped the previous day - does anyone?

Programs are typically filmed ahead of time unless it is breaking news.  That way they can edit and do whatever they want or even cut the whole thing out if necessary. 

In other words, there is more control over what they end up showing on the screen.

What are these clowns going to do if it turns out it was pre-recorded, and Leyland was expecting Brunt, hence her lack of surprise at finding him on her doorstep?

Remember, according to Laffinthug, Sky were phoning round trying to get haters to explain their twisted views on camera.

IMO, they're in for a few surprises at the inquest.

It will have been pre-recorded, Bonny.  News items are allowed a certain amount of time in the slot and every item has to be incorporated in - down to the second.  Then it will be shown in its appropriate time slot on the air.  

As the antis know nothing about nearly everything in the world, how can they know about programs for TV?

One shudders to think what the harpies milking this for all they're worth are going to be like when the coroner fails to fall in line with their conspiraloon imaginings.

Look at Bennett and his excitement over Inside Out, and his outrage when he came over as, well, a bit of a nasty nutjob.
