I always find it bizarre that they imagine that posting hate 24/7, week in, week out, is 'work'. Are they ALL on the Team Gonzo payroll?

It's their use of the English Language that fascinates me. I am ever surprised that they all seem to understand each other.

It's noticeable that a lot of them have a pretty poor grasp of what everyday English phrases actually mean - Bennett's the classic example of that.

Of course the REAL police, etc., know - why do any of them imagine otherwise? The REAL police have doubtless known since that dossier was handed in by whoever compiled it. About which, I haven't a scooby.

And what, pray tell, do they imagine the compiler should be 'charged' with? Making note of their own vile statements? Are they making all this noise to distract from their own roles in this tragic event? Because I doubt very much if Ms Leyland would have been occupying herself so unpleasantly if the likes of them hadn't been encouraging her.

Remember, she was at it on FB too, making up horrible stories about the McCanns to entertain the haters.

They really should wait for the inquest, and the report of the REAL police.

What is it with charging the compiler of The Dossier? What Law is this person supposed to have broken? It's a Citizen's duty to report crimes. It's a crime not to.

Distraction, maybe? Trying to shed their own guilt onto someone else? As someone has finally pointed out, the REAL police have known all along who it was, so they can jump up and down, screech and play armchair defective as much as they want, they are totally irrelevant.

It makes you wonder if they are terrified that they might be named therein.

How do they know she wasn't already a grandmother? She was estranged from one of her sons - the one that lives in the UK, and on whose birthday she killed herself.

And how, pray tell, does that conspiraloon fool know that Leyland didn't have a blazing row with her family over her nasty secret hobby? That her former husband and estranged son didn't phone her and tell her EXACTLY what they thought of her dragging the family name into the mud as she did?

Very few people find their activities - the stalking, the abuse, the lying, the fabrications and the sheer insanity - anything to be proud of. Her estranged family in the UK may well have been as disgusted as her neighbours.

Unlike the fools on Twitter, Brunt understands that it is up to the Coroner to decide what happened and respects the rule of law. People like Winnower don't care about the law. They read the files and ignore them, hear the words of police officers from Scotland Yard and then toss them aside as if they know better. They don't. They are amateurs without access to all the information and are simply trying to disguise latent hate with the idiotic pretence of collecting and collating news articles in some kind of mock-up of justice. When Winnower starts to understand two things he or she might start talking sense. First the McCanns are innocent until the legal authorities, not a bunch of ill-informed amateur cranks, find them otherwise. Second, Brunt was doing his job. He wasn't hounding anybody to death. I wonder could Winnower get round to suggesting precisely which law he or she thinks a journalist breaks by asking somebody to explain their actions because that is all Brunt did. And I am pretty sure she is going to find it rather tough to tell us which law that is because there isn't one. You don't have any grounds for a law suit unless somebody did something wrong and Brunt doing his job was not doing anything wrong.

Hysteria is starting to spread in hateworld; I gather Martin Brunt is back on Sky, and has failed to wear sackcloth and ashes, and scourge himself.

No, I don't know what he was covering. Unlike them, I'm not glued to Sky News 24/7 in case someone says 'McCann'.

Can't fault that Greenink.  How would that person know what laws she assumes have been broken when she doesn't even know about English Law.  Want to know exactly what law(s)......

They haven't a clue what happened, Lily. They don't know when the meeting with Leyland was recorded, what contact there had been previously between Brunt and Leyland - remember, SHE first contacted him.

They don't know what happened after that; all there is in the public arena is Leyland glowering at the Daily Mail.

But hey, when did ignorance ever stop them waving their pitchforks? Thankfully, we live in a democracy, not under mob rule, and it will all come out at the inquest.

As members know, when news of Leyland's death came through, I removed the thread from public view, and had no intention of us posting about it in public till the inquest.

Then the haters started rewriting history and painting Leyland as some kind of martyr that never said a bad word about anyone, which could scarcely be further from the truth. She wasn't some kind of helpless, elderly 'victim', she was a healthy - as far as we know - late middle-aged woman that had a lifestyle many can only dream about.

She chose her own path, no-one forced her to do anything.
