Indeed, but what the hell is a woman doing taking a handgun, in her handbag, to Walmart to go shopping? She had a concealed gun permit, if she had to carry it surely she should have had it on her person, not where a baby can get his tiny paws on it? LLbb1 wrote:Tragic - what a stupid accident!

LL, are you reading the US news just now? It is eminently sensible to take protection to Walmart - a civil war has broken out in the US in all but name.
Incidents of violence against white Americans are taking place daily, very frequently in Walmart and Walmart car parks. Knockout game? Hunting polar bears?
It was foolish of her not to be carrying the weapon safely, and she has died for her own mistake, but I don't blame anyone for protecting themselves and their families in the growing mayhem. Much of which has been stirred up by Obama, Sharpton and co, so people cannot even look to their government for help.

My heart bleeds for that little boy and her other children. It was a tragic accident.
