PSP officer accused of assault and torture of two women

The two women were released about 45 minutes after entering the station. The agent of the Public Security Police is accused of a crime of injury, two offense of crimes to qualified physical integrity and two counts of torture and other cruel, degrading or inhuman treatment.

The defendant requested the opening process of the investigation, but the investigating judge ruled to the same facts contained in the order for MP's complaint.
