Ah yes, Pedro:
Sadly, they were never seen together. But the Olympic did sterling service for a long time, including sinking a U-boat in WW1....
The only other point of interest during her war years occurred on the 24th April 1918. The Olympic was sailing the English Channel where after careful planning by Captain Hayes (who replaced Haddock), the German U boat U103 was struck full on by the Olympic and sank. Hayes was awarded the DSC.
Well earned - it must have taken some nerve to actually steer your liner INTO a U-boat.
