in my opinion, there is another way to save the whale: using a tractor with a steel plate covered with sponge or attached to the front of the tractor, then with the help of an helicopter, while the helicopter lifted the whale, the tractor can put under the whale the steel plate then once the whale is on top of the plate, the tractor can transport the whale to the water, then release the whale in the water with enough deep for the whale to swim to the ocean.

I hope this one has a happier ending than the recent stories, Pedro. I would like to know what is causing these strandings. I doubt if it is shipping, but is something more recent. Is it wind farms in the sea? Naval exercises?

I don't know, but it needs to be narrowed down.
