SHANGHAI (AP) — For a few thousand dollars, Chinese companies offer to export a powerful chemical that has been killing unsuspecting drug users and is so lethal that it presents a potential terrorism threat, an Associated Press investigation has found.
The AP identified 12 Chinese businesses that said they would export the chemical — a synthetic opioid known as carfentanil — to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Belgium and Australia for as little as $2,750 a kilogram (2.2 pounds), no questions asked.

that chemical weapon should have been destroyed because there are enough illegal weapons to be sold in this world, which is one of the causes of terrorism, it is also the cause of mass murders in the US.

And the 'brave rebels' the West back are using chemical weapons in Syria regularly.

Actually, I suspect you'd be hard put to use this particular one as a chemical weapon, from the sounds of it. If you don't do drugs, I doubt if you're really in much danger.

Maybe China is getting revenge for the Opium Wars, and the devastation the British Empire caused to them?

"We’re seeing a lot of the activity take place over the internet through anonymous relationships between a consumer and the drug manufacturer or source of supply," says Russ Baer, a spokesman for the Drug Enforcement Administration. The agency has warned communities across the country to be on alert for the drug, and has told first responders to wear protective gloves and masks, since the drug can be dangerous to someone who simply touches it.

Presumably, non-junkies are in danger if it gets in through their skin?
