Madeleine McCann's parents are planning to sue Karen Danczuk over cruel tweets accusing them of having 'guilt' over their daughter's disappearance.
Ms Danczuk, the estranged wife of Rochdale MP Simon Danczuk, has come under fire after her explosive tweets regarding Kate and Gerry McCann yesterday.
She tweeted: 'Anyone who says McCanns are innocent, just remember they left 3 children under the age of 4 alone to go out. Either Way they have guilt! KD'
Sources close to the family have revealed that the couple, who face the 10th anniversary of their daughter's disappearance in a matter of weeks, are aware of the comments as are their lawyers.

The McCann's friend said: 'People need to remember that the family's lawyers are kept fully informed of all social media and broadcast remarks which are malicious and libellous.
'Their representative is fully aware of what Karen Danczuk and others are posting.
'If anything is believed to libel them it is immediately brought to the attention of their top lawyers Carter-Ruck.
'Kate and Gerry still get angry and upset by some of the wicked things said about them. And they worry their 12-year-old twins Sean and Amelie who use the internet may see them too.'


The friend added: 'Any posts that are really offensive or a lie are prima facie defamatory and will be flagged up to lawyers so they can take action if necessary.
'These minor celebrities think they can say what they want without a shred of evidence and simply rehash all the old rumours. They seem to believe talking about Madeleine's case helps raise their profile.'
Ms Danczuk posted a series of tweets about the McCanns after seeing a report that they had nearly been tricked into giving £25,000 from the Maddie Fund to Karen Matthews, who faked her daughter's kidnap.
The mother, who found fame by posting selfies of herself online, claimed that 'someone on a council estate' would have been treated differently.

I wonder what brought Marsh, Danczuk and Matthews out from under their rocks? None of them are exactly the cream of society, and Danczuk is just.....well......a bad joke.

As if. Sue her? Where does it say that? Her own children will have enough to deal with when they discover The Internet.

I'd LMAO if the McCanns did take action against her and the rest of the Z-listers. The culprits would quickly discover the folly of repeating long-discredited forum myths and inventions as if they're gospel truth.

Marsh in particular was spouting utter bollox the other day. She'd better get flogging the tooth bleach and caffeine pills, as she simply wouldn't have a leg to stand on.

The comments on The Mail online were very supportive of KD. The most popular comment was from 'Oldie' who received almost 3000 thumbs up votes for saying he agreed with KD.

Good God! Don't they know about the way the arrows on the Mail are manipulated by trolls? About the coding programme trolls use to do it? The rest of the world knows those massive votes are all fake - odd that the haters don't.

One thing that has been made crystal clear to all those who follow the Parliamentary car crash that is Rochdale’s still nominally Labour MP Simon Danczuk is that his former wife Karen is not the sharpest tool in the box. And this is a serious problem for someone who aspires to be one of those real Slebs: Kazza, as I noted recently, has a writing style that will not be supplanting the memory of A A Gill. The food writer and campaigner Jack Monroe has won £24,000 in a libel case against Katie Hopkins, in a row over tweets which implied Monroe defaced or condoned the damage of a war memorial.

Monroe, who sued the controversial Mail Online columnist over the posts from May 2015, told the high court in London that the messages from Hopkins had led to death threats, and said their legal dispute had been an “unproductive, devastating nightmare”. The food blogger’s lawyers argued the tweets were defamatory and caused “serious harm” to Monroe’s reputation.

The case centred on public tweets sent by Hopkins to Monroe – apparently in a case of mistaken identity – after a memorial to the women of the second world war in Whitehall was vandalised with the words “feck Tory scum” during an anti-austerity demonstration.....etc.

I understand the total costs to be claimed by @MxJackMonroe's lawyers from @KTHopkins will be in excess of £300k, in addition to £24 k.

Ouch! And what Ms Hopkins said wasn't actually a tenth as bad as the obscenities spouted by the hate squad about the family of a missing child!

At least it must bring a modicum of comfort to one ex Harlow solicitor.  

I really don't know why Ms Hopkins got herself into this position, Lily. She wasn't just abusive, she was abusive to totally the wrong person.

Even then, Ms Monroe offered to drop it in return for an apology and a £5,000 donation to a migrant charity. I actually don't know why Hopkins thought she had a leg to stand on this time.

Even worse, her previous damages bill was paid by the Mail, as I recall, as it was them that printed it. This time, she did it from her own twitter account, so she'll have to pay it herself.

Hopkins is generally pretty bright and sharp, even if people don't agree with her views - this was just madness.

Their vow comes after selfie queen Karen Danczuk launched a stream of abuse against them on Twitter earlier this week.

The pair are said to fear a rise in abusive messages as the 10th anniversary of the disappearance of Madeleine – then aged three – in the Portuguese holiday resort of Praia Da Luz in May 2007 approaches.

A friend of the family revealed Kate and Gerry will start going through the insults and attacks in a bid to weed out bullies.

They will report them to police, who will take action against anything slanderous or criminal....etc.

It's helpful of the hater trolls to spam media outlets with abuse, isn't it?
