So Bennett himself, once again pushed the costs up himself. He could have settled this at the first instance, by a) getting proper advice on what he was signing...b) seeking to change the injunction, c).....settling when it was clear Carter Ruck were going to take him to court.

Carter Ruck, in a letter to Bennett, even stated that Kate and Gerry didn't want to take him to court, but just to stop his constant lies.
