My my! What to make of all that? It looks like we can now see the reason for all these posts demanding the McCanns return Gonc's Bumper Book of Lies.

Which

a. They don't have

b. Are the property of Guerra & Paz, not Gonc

and

c. Are wanted by G & P about as much as they want to catch the Black Death.

But it sounds like Gonc has no money until he gets his paws on the books.

It sounds to me as though Gonc has bailed out and is in the process of Settling, before he loses absolutely everything. Much the most sensible conclusion. He might even still have a house.

What on earth is the stupid woman talking about? The two are totally different. Gonc won the appeal - but because of his Yuman Rites, nothing to do with the libel case.

I wouldn't mind a small wager on Gonc folding pretty soon, and that is the reason for thw wails about the books WHICH ARE NOT GONC'S PROPERTY.

GONC WON HIS APPEAL ON YUMAN RITES GROUNDS, NOTHING TO DO WITH LIBEL

The previous actions are NOT related to the libel case; the libel case involves the rubbish Gonc spouts in interviews, too.

Remember how Gonc's own witness gave the odds of Madeleine still being alive as 50/50? Gonc had assets frozen? It has to go to court for the final decision?


Well.....how was that losing so badly? It looks pretty solid from where I'm sitting.
