My my! What to make of all that? It looks like we can now see the reason for all these posts demanding the McCanns return Gonc's Bumper Book of Lies.

Which

a. They don't have

b. Are the property of Guerra & Paz, not Gonc

and

c. Are wanted by G & P about as much as they want to catch the Black Death.

But it sounds like Gonc has no money until he gets his paws on the books.

It sounds to me as though Gonc has bailed out and is in the process of Settling, before he loses absolutely everything. Much the most sensible conclusion. He might even still have a house.

I sure hope it's true. The McCanns are able to earn a living from the disappearance of their daughter while they hold Amaral quite literally to ransom for seeking the truth.

What on earth is the stupid woman talking about? The two are totally different. Gonc won the appeal - but because of his Yuman Rites, nothing to do with the libel case.

I wouldn't mind a small wager on Gonc folding pretty soon, and that is the reason for thw wails about the books WHICH ARE NOT GONC'S PROPERTY.

The previous actions are NOT related to the libel case; the libel case involves the rubbish Gonc spouts in interviews, too.

Remember how Gonc's own witness gave the odds of Madeleine still being alive as 50/50? Gonc had assets frozen? It has to go to court for the final decision?

Maybe if someone can find the original, un-Moraised court ruling, we will know why Gonc isn't saying or doing anything.

Besides the fact that the books belong, not to him, but to his publisher - and G & P don't want them back.

Too funny, the fruitloops on Sky are busy deciding who is going to be covering the 'libel trial' - it's a TROO FACT one is forthcoming

1. What is Carolina/Montclair talking about -'resume'? It hasn't started yet...

MADELEINE McCann’s parents are set to be quizzed in court later this year in connection with their daughter’s disappearance.

Kate and Gerry McCann, of Rothley, Leics, will face lawyers acting on behalf of the Portuguese detective who led the hunt for Madeleine.

They are suing former police chief Goncalo Amaral for more than £1million damages over claims he made about them.

Amaral, who believes Madeleine is dead, is due to call the McCanns in his bid to defend himself.
Last night the couple’s lawyer Isabel Duarte said she expects the libel trial to take place this year.

If Gonc thinks he is going to be allowed anywhere near the McCanns, he knows as little about the law as he does about being a police officer.

Nasty cow - why would Kate McCann be in the dock? It's Gonc who will be on trial; good job he is used to being in the dock, what with him being a convicted perjuror.

Gonc would be very unwise to call Gerry or Kate. They have made minced meat of him once already. And he certainly won't be able to threaten them in Court.

And of course, if he questions them then they can question him. Or at least, the respective Lawyers can. Although I have to say that I wouldn't mind seeing that. Isabel Duarte will kill him.
