A Portuguese girl who was taken from her mother’s care in the UK, is expected to arrive in Lisbon later this afternoon where she will be handed over to her father.

The Association for Missing Portuguese Children, which intervened in this specific case, made the announcement after a British court ruled the child should be removed from her mother, who lives and works in the UK, and be sent to Portugal.
The child was taken in by social workers after her mother left her in library for several hours without any food. Members of the public called the police after the girl was reportedly approached by a sexual predator.
Good God! Thank Heavens those people stepped in.
