So, if people start asking Gonc if he's seen any black helicopters recently, it may well tip him over the edge?

Oh, so he is. So, according to smiffy, the archiving despatch is a 'shoddy little document' - mainly, it would seem, because it doesn't agree with smiffy, should help win Team Gonc many new friends in Portugal - I don't think
