Interesting the only defamatory and abusive comment reads as follows

What is she talking about? Even supposing the accounts were filed late, it is hardly the crime of the century. And it was a New Year Weekend. Not the best time to file anything.

And just who is she going to harass now?

It's just more deflection, Sabot - screeching about the mote in their neighbour's eye whilst ignoring the beam in their own.

Unbelievable, isn't it? First there is the assumption that all is not well with the accounts and then there is the need to complain about her assumption.

I think she is getting a bit irate about the change in the mem and arts, and has decided that this is a scam and that she needs to complain to the person in charge.

Ignoring the basic fact that the company has been set up and adminstered quite correctly, that the accounts are full (not abbreviated as the company would be quite entitled to provide) and fully audited.

And that as a private company they can basically do what they like within the legal contraints.

They keep on banging on about "public money". There IS no public money involved. Simply donations from individuals who gave of their own free will within the published terms and conditions.

The McCanns have spent 3 million and 20,000 euros in the search for Maddie, who disappeared in Praia da Luz, Lagos, in May 2007

The value from the Find Madeleine fund and released yesterday by the 'Daily Mirror', was spent on advertising campaigns and private investigators and results of donations received from around the world. However, expenditures have consistently exceeded the donations. According to accounting data presented by the fund managers at the end of last fiscal year as there were only 150 000 euros, after having been spent € 603 000 in the last 12 months. The money, managed by a group of administrators including the McCanns, was so close to finishing that 'forced' Kate to write the book 'Madeleine', published in May last year. The work allowed to raise thousands of dollars to keep the active search for Maddie.

As readers can see, it has a perfectly nice photo of Madeleine alongside - I have often noticed Morais has spinned news from Portugal by changing the accompanying photo.

.I was wondering why his input on the fund accounts topic had suddenly stopped. He always denied being Sans_Souci but in my mind there is no doubt that's who he was. I will say "he" for convenience as the majority of trolls are male. Well done to Bren, Bonnybraes, Jayelles and Justine for their success in a male dominated world, by the way! If he was Sans_Souci, he was also Xavier who slithered his way onto the Jill Havern site a while ago. He claimed that he was a solicitor and was in private e-mail contact with Tony Bennett offering him advice on how to answer the charges against him. It was all a game to him.

I've added a link to the postings of Xavier on the the J H site. The one after he was outed as Sans_Souci has been removed but he was falling about laughing as to how stupid everyone was not to have rumbled him earlier. I will eat every hat I own if this is not the same person as Platinum!

As Companies House only undated their website on the 3rd January 2012, and the accounts were datestamped 30th December 2011, this is most perplexing.

It is, of course, unthinkable that someone may have been mucking about with the "evidence" and adding the letters OVERDUE, to save Gillyspots blushes. So there must be a different explanation.

In the name - is she still on about that? Was she too busy posting about how much she hates the McCanns to notice that, in the real normal world, the 1st and 2nd of January were bank holidays?

When normal people do normal, enjoyable things, instead of obsessing about total trivia which has nothing to do with her anyway?

And I see they have found someone else to stalk and accuse of being an Evil McCann troll, sans - then they moan because no-one wants to 'debate' with them.

I think you will find that companies actually have a 'period of grace' to allow for possible hold ups in the collation of final figures. I see nothing wrong here with the Fund being late - if indeed it is. And as has been pointed out 1/2 January were bank holidays then the operative date would be the 3rd. Also, companies will make it their business to inform all the necessary interested parties that there may be a short delay. If they do so, the I am sure a leeway would be allowed. LL
