Bennett's Turned Up - Page 5 Empty Re: Bennett's Turned Up

Post  bb1 Mon Jan 23, 2012 9:40 pm

Oh, I see he's added a bit to his replies to his fan club:

Jay 2001 wrote: Mrs M told Aled Jones that she could forgive the 'abductor', but she and the team have pursued TB and GA with ruthless zeal.

REPLY: Forgiveness is of course a fundamental Christian principle. When Peter enquired: 'Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive hm? Till seven times? - Christ answered: 'I say not unto thee until seven times, but, until seventy times seven'. [That's 490 by the way].

aiyoyo wrote: It is a breach against TB's right to freedom of free speech. Besides GM himself claimed he believes in free speech and people are free to purport theories.

REPLY: Dr Gerald McCann told Lord Leveson on oath that he was a strong believer in freedom of speech.

Jay2001 wrote: Tony appealed for 'legal' type help and I hope that he gets it - there must be some brains out there who could help

REPLY: You don't have to be a legal eagle to help look over my statement, just an eye for things I might have missed, or not put as well as I should

==================

Yes, that's really impressive, snivelling and quoting the Bible in the vain hope that the McCanns will forgive you for what you did, Bennett.

And I think it's time to remind the hounders and forkers of what Gerry McCann ACTUALLY said, not what they are trying to twist it into.

I would like to emphasise that I strongly believe in freedom of speech, but where you have people who are repeatedly carrying out inaccuracies and have been shown to do so, then they should be held to account. That is the issue. I don’t have a problem with somebody purporting a theory, writing fiction, suggestions, but clearly we’ve got to a stage where substandard reporting and sources, unnamed, made-up, non-verifiable, are a daily occurrence.

Stop missing out the bits you don't like - the only people you are fooling are yourselves.

As for that pathetic plea to get someone to check his statement - looks like he's out of luck, doesn't it? With the mighty brainpower the forkers are famous for, one has decided this is governed by Australian law, the feng shui fortune teller thinks Portuguese law is relevant, and another one thinks it will help by withholding its council tax. rofl rofl

And that is what comes of insulting people just to get your ego stroked by stupid forkers, isn't it?

Well they do only know how to conduct a Kangaroo Court, so some of it could be pertinent.

Plaintiff cry from a hounder:

There must be something that can be done, I don't know what but surely we can do something!!

All too, too late now. Bennett had chance after chance to stop his vile behaviour, and just escalated his abuse and harrassment. He was offered good advice, and repaid that by sneering at the person giving it, and encouraged the rest of his rabble to do likewise.

He topped that display of atrocious manners by posting emails - he's no gentleman, that's for sure.

There is also the small matter of his giving his solemn oath to Her Majesty, in the person of the High Court, to behave himself.

He then proceeded to drive a coach and horses through that agreement. He has no honor, he is, to use old-fashioned words, a bounder and a cad, whose word simply cannot be trusted.

There's no way out of this jam for him.

And with any luck, Middle England is going to be treated to headlines about him that will make VILE SICKOS look like a compliment.

All of which is entirely his own fault.

Bennett's Turned Up - Page 5 Empty Re: Bennett's Turned Up

Post  crazytony Mon Jan 23, 2012 11:10 pm

Bennett's quote from when he agreed to the terms.
On Friday 13 November I sent the following letter to Carter-Ruck:

"Further to my e-mail of yesterday’s date, and your most recent letter of 10 November, I confirm that I will accept the requirements your clients seek to impose on me. I therefore herewith sign and return the undertaking with a penal notice that you require me to sign and I will pay the £440.00 your clients require. Please find my cheque in the sum of £440.00 enclosed.

Is Bennett going to say to the judge, "excuse me your honor but, I found out the order I signed was too sweeping. It took me over two years to find out, that's why I haven't complained before" ?

Post  bb1 Mon Jan 23, 2012 11:19 pm

If he tries that one, then clearly, he is not fit to appear in court or anywhere else, and should be sectioned to protect him from himself, Tony.

And- remember the carry-on he had, because CR refunded him £40? He didn't think that was too sweeping, he was positively crowing about it.

Does anyone else get the impression that reality, and panic, is settling in with the hounders?

Tony I do hope that you can and will have someone who will attend the hearing with you. There must be someone who can go over your statement, so I hope someone does come forward to help. More than anything I wish you success.

There isn't anyone - none of the forkers and hounders are bright enough. They've proved that with their efforts at 'helping' today.

Looks like Bennett will just have to get on with it, doesn't it? It's his own fault, no-one else's.

Look now, Bennett knows that he is a dead duck. He is just after sympathy and money, both of which he will get because they are intellectually challenged. He also knows this, which is why he was waiting for someone to suggest Donations, as he knew they would.
I don't know how much he can raise, but it will be better than a kick in the teeth. And no doubt some of them are offering up money making schemes as we speak.
When is their next Konference, by the way? Tombola might be quite good fun, and he could always raffle off his shopping trolly.

I am genuinely flabbergasted that anyone would think of giving Bennett a penny, when the reason he can't get legal aid is that

HE HAS TOO MUCH MONEY

Wonder how many of his fans have considerably more than £8,000 in the bank?

It's an absolute piece of nonsense, Tony - and Bennett must know he hasn't a snowball's in Hell chance, or he would happily pay the bill for his own defence.

That he won't, says all that is needed about his case.
