Ah the time that Pat Brown cancelled Christmas for her children because one of them had managed to nearly kill the kittens. Such a pleasant woman for dealing with her own lack of supervision of her own children in such an angry way.

But back to the business of the moment.

What Brown has done (if as she claims this letter genuinely came from Anne Bremner (lawyer at Stafford Frey Cooper) is demonstrate what a shambles this company must be. To have sent out such an appallingly badly-written letter to completely the wrong person at a major UK legal firm shows that they have no checks in place over their staff.

As others have suggested it seems that this lawyer, famous for her very public drunk in charge of a vehicle episode is now also famous for her drunk in charge of a keyboard episode too.

Its funny too that neither Brown nor Bremner has explained how Brown managed to change the letter contents/addressee of Bremners letter on that blog and how that affects the original letter.

She must be up to about the sixth or seventh letter now, HB, from the number of times Brown has changed the alleged 'letter' on her blog.

With what has gone on today, if that letter ever had any Legal value it is now nul and void. In fact, after Brown's antics with changing Solicitors, changing Addresses and changing Felicitations, I would purport a theory that any case Brown might have had is also nul and void.
But I expect Carter Ruck know that.

Am not sure how amused Anne Bremner's colleagues at Stafford Frey Cooper will be today. Can't see them laughing too much about the way their firm has been shown to be completely useless. That is, of course, if Brown is telling the truth.

It isn't so much The Letter, bad though it is. But the many changes and The Internet carry on is making an ass of The Law which even American Judges would condemn.
I know exactly what Judge Belvin Perry Junior would have to say about this.

Brown has made Stafford Frey Cooper look like blundering amateurs in front of the world - including the legal world. Who'd want her for a client?

Shouldn't the forkers be asking Morais why she has yet again fallen silent? Shouldn't Morais be expressing her delight that Brown is about to park herself in Portugal and tell the Portuguese where they have been going wrong?
