    Oh, how sad....forker fantasies:

She is definately meeting Amaral - lets hope they will be meeting for lunch having a nice chat over dry white wine and grilled sardines, looking out to sea and discussing this case

Excuse me, I feel queasy....and I hope Brown takes lots of money with her if she has to keep Gonc in food and drink.

    Oh, bless...

I am sure once she has met with Amaral the papers will be all over it! (Portuguese Newspaper) will try and keep you guys posted.

Really, there is no need, dear, a few of us check the online Portuguese press daily, and of course, one of our members lives in Portugal.

Anyway, I am checking the Portuguese media more frequently just now, as I am waiting for a story about Gonc to appear.

But it isn't one the forkers will enjoy Pcorneater

Well, Comet had overcome that falling-apart-in-midair problem by then, Lily.

Yes, I am glad I flew pre-terrorist; there really is no comparison.

I would never, ever, get on Ryanair or similar - I would rather walk than get on one of those cattle trucks with wings.

They were a good plane, Bonny. thumbsup

Flying definitely was so much easier before September 2001.

Don't you think that flying used to be rather glamorous before the low cost airlines started doing business?

I've never been on a low-cost airline, but they sound horrible, Lily. Yes, I am sure flying was much more enjoyable then.

It's not only this business of the cheap flights, it's the whole hassle with security, and luggage. Which is understandable, naturally, but at the same time, it just seems so difficult.....

Oh, look at this delusional idiot on Amazon:

    S HANCOCK says:
Well, here's something I didn't expect to see.

    http://missingmadeleine.forumotion.net/t18934-invitation-to-meet-pat-brown-at-heathrow-tuesday-morning

Could be a bit of a minefield, if some of the more extreme supporters of the Mccanns turn up. However, on the other hand, if there is 'misbehaviour', it will show the behaviour of their supporters to the wider public.

Seriously, what goes on in their heads? Anyone here feel like travelling hundreds of miles - in a few cases, thousands - for a glimpse of a middle-aged woman?

Well, my, they certainly know how to waste their time! Some of the stuff they is pretty amusing!

Thanks for the heads up. They may be nutters but I don’t see any of them coming to off me.

    See, I told ya.

PS. People don't actually eat fresh Sardines, do they? Personally, I prefer mine out of tins, less likelihood of choking to death on the bones. And you can eat them on toast. But far be it from me to interfere with a national pastime that Pat Brown at least ought to try, seeing as she thinks that Portugal is a Third World Country who sell their children and have to eat Sardines because they are so poor.

But I have noticed one interesting thing about tinned Sardines. The ones with fish roe in them always come in batches. This leads me to suspect that they fish for them when they should leave them to breed.

Eek Well, if Ms Brown is so desperate for people to greet her at Heathrow, I suppose she could send free round trip First Class tickets and accommodation at a 5 star London hotel to any of us here?

I don't think those types of venues support 'misbehavior' do they?

I love fresh, grilled sardines, Sabot, they're fairly different to the tinned ones - bigger, for one thing. They're wonderful with a proper salad and olives....

Yes, I saw that story about the Dreamliner - I confess to have misgivings about an airliner made from glorified fibreglass...

I was in stitches when I saw the latest from Brown - she really is going to have trouble getting that swollen head of hers through the cabin door rofl rofl rofl

It's hilarious when the forkers are like this, worshipping at the clay feet of their latest Pied Piper.

How often have we seen them do it? And how often does it end in scandal and embarrassing newspaper headlines rofl rofl rofl rofl

Check The Theory of Flight, Lily. It tells me that planes should never leave the ground, despite occasional proof of the contrary. Thats what planes are, Contrary.

I assume she will be paying her way in Portugal with $$$$$? The local peasants are bound to be impressed with greenbacks, what with them being so poor, they sell their children for sex.

They sell a lot of fresh Sardines here. Very odd in a Country that thinks Swedes are Cattle Feed, and you can't buy a Parsnip for love nor money. I might have thought twice about coming here if I had known that. Importing Parsnips from Angleterre isn't easy. And who could make a half decent Cow's Tail Stew without Parsnips?
Can't remember the proper name because they don't call it that here.
