How funny! It's a My hairdresser's friend's neice says, story from a forker!

My son and his partner have been away in Edinburgh, he got back late last night, he has just got up but ruhed off, but the first thing he said was that they got talking to a Met Police officer.
They went for a meal in a fancy Indian Restaurant and they got talking to a couple, who they had seen in the Restaurant and then later back in the hotel bar, the Guy worked for NSY, (how the hell they got on about this case I don't know because my son is like my hubby telling me to give up on it and that the McCanns are been well protected and are fed up of me harping on about it) and he told my son to tell me that the McCanns will wish that they had got charged with neglecting their kids.....by the time SY are finished with them.

So, a serving Scotland Yard officer was blabbing to a total stranger in an Indian restaurant in Edinburgh?

She probably was being racist, but she shouldn't have assumed that the word 'Arab' has only one meaning.

And she should NOT have used it in such a derogatory sense, whoever she was using to insult the McCanns.
