Bonny, I agree. They need to understand that what people like Grace and Brown are doing is undermining our judicial system. Their bias undermines cases and it doesn't allow defendants a fair trial.

What Grace said about Whitney Houston was unforgivable.

I find it incredible that after all this time people are still banging on about the shutters being opened from the outside.

Its a straight forward case of entry via the front door, on Gerry's visit the abductor was spooked and hid in the closet. Once Gerry had gone the abductor opened the shutters from the inside to check all was clear before grabbing the child and exiting via the front door.

The above may not be the case but it most certainly is a possibility and as I understand the focus of the investigation by the SY is someone within the complex (staff) having access to a key.

So Brown who admits she is completely out of the US news loop can't pass up a chance to get her voice on HLN about two US cases which she has heard nothing about for two weeks. That's how unprofessional the woman truly is. I wonder if the presenter JVN realises how out of touch Pat Brown claims to be? LOL

I was just reading about Marie Colvin, who sadly lost her life in the fighting in Syria.

I really can't imagine Ms Colvin ever telling her readers she can't report because a dog is jogging her elbow.

I am not subscribing either. But what kind of complete idiot thinks that taking a metal detector and soil sample kit is going to be of use to her in PDL? What a total lack of basic research such gimmickry proves.

And does that first sentence not only contain proof of Brown's lack of research but a glaring error in the research done by Natasha Donn herself? Brown didn't arrive from Washington D.C. did she? I thought she travelled from Baltimore via London?

It's just so...childish? Amateurish? Toe-curlingly awful? What did she plan to do with that equipment? What on earth did she think she would do with a metal detector - was she planning to go Searching for some old Roman coins?

Oh, and it is also takes real genuis to give her big interview to an ex-pat news sheet - which is behind a paywall? No-one is going to read it, as things stand.

How many read the ex pat local rag?
Hell, I didn't know it existed until Pedro started posting it up.
And I imagine none of my fellow citizens have heard of it either. In my opinion, the school girl babbling in an ex pat rag achieves nothing for writer or Brown.

Let's hope the whole thing stays behind the paywall, if the intro is anything to go by.

And the funniest thing is that this translator who has bumped herself up to be a journalist has put a big glaring error in the first sentence of her article. LOL

Did she not actually ask Pat Brown the basic questions or was she too eager to get on to the metal detector and spade?

Well it looks like they think this massive scoop with a "famous" US "TV star" will bring in lots of paying readers. My suspicion is they are completely wrong about all aspects of that presumption.

I wonder if this is the first time they have used the paywall? None of their other weekly features seem to have used that.

Or could they be so scared that the excess load on their servers would crash the site with the millions they must expect to want to read all about Pat Brown's profiling of PDL?
