Yer, well. Where would I be without the Black Economy. And certainly France knows this, which is why they don't much interfere.
But I don't bleed off The State, although I could if I wanted to.
However, even if I declared every penny I earn I still wouldn't have to pay any Tax. The British State Pension is seen as somewhat of a joke around here, even in better days before the exchange rate went off. The French State Pension is more than double what I get.
But I do believe that Countries like Greece and Portugal saw The Euro as some sort of gravy train. Well guess what? It isn't. And it has to stop. Sarkozy was so right.
