Couple assaulted during sleep

It was only when waking up yesterday morning, the pair of British tourists found that someone had entered the apartment while they slept, at the Quinta da Bela Vista in Albufeira.

A bag with money was stolen.

The GNR Albufeira is now investigating.

Foreigners already advanced in years, had left a window open to cool the house during the night.

It was enough to 'invite' the entry of the assailant, because the window is located at the ground floor.

The CM has learned, that the thief only managed to take the bag of the woman who had some money.

The foreigners had taken care to keep the documents and items of greater value in the safe house, which meant that they had been stolen.

The assailant acted carefully, since the British tourists are unaware of any noise during the night.

PJ can´t denied that assailants enters through windows, it is interesting to see that PJ is not investigating this, instead GNR is investigating, which is good, because enough of mistakes in Algarve PJ´s investigations, about cases involving British citizens in Algarve.

I know, crime after crime like this has been reported in the Algarve. There have been hotel invasions by armed men, and home invasions in which victims have been injured.

But certain people try to deny these incidents have ever happened - you have to wonder why they want to sweep it under the carpet.
