My first question is, why the rush? Why do you feel the need to make a big public song and dance about your findings. Surely you could have sent the information that you have gained to the MET investigating team and waited. Why the need to publicly pick a fight with Mr Murat and the McCanns?

That letter is totally correct. Birch did say that his finding are a Hypothesis. He then proceeded to present them as fact. This is a contradiction in terms.
He is after The Reward Money if there actually is any Reward for finding a dead body. And if there is a dead body, which there obviously isn't. If Birch had read The Files, those bits that we can trust that is, then he would know that his Hypothesis is impossible.

IMO, he's another one who is reality-challenged, Sabot. He could read the files from now till Doomsday, he wouldn't comprehend them any more than he would Klingon.

I am more interested in who pulled his strings, as indictated by the way Team Gonc all scuttled out of the woodwork to help him stir the pot.

Speaking of, someone has finally put through comments on the Morais blog.

Whether Astro noticed they had been piling up for weeks, or this is a harbinger of another stunt from Team Gonc, remains to be seen.

Oh, they all had their fingers in the pie somewhere, Bonny. This was leaked to them long before we heard about it. And Birch didn't suddenly appear in Praia da Luz without inside information. Back walls, front walls, two gates. Overlooked from where?
But it all fell flat on it's face because they don't tell the truth.
