Yes bb1, a bit odd, I don´t see the need for these submarines, there are much more important things in this country, which needs much more attention than submarines, more corruption involved in this issue.

I can understand Portugal needing a strong Navy, coastguards, marine police etc., Pedro, with such a big coastline, in a vital position on the Atlantic.

But I have always been a bit baffled by the submarines, I must confess....
