It was only a matter of time
So following the revelation that Bennett had "misremembered" a couple of remarks that he had attributed to the Judge, the picture of Mr Justice Tugendhut has been taken down from the Havens "Banner".
It seems he is is no longer in favour - and may, god forbid, even be "neutral" and a "Judge" in this - rather than lining up with brave little TB against the forces of evil personified by the McCanns and CR.
But now the "C" word" has reared its ugly head - could Mr Justice Tugendhut actually be "In it"?

.I'm sure in the real world the McCann's would fail in court (again) and the ruling would go in favour of Tony. To me it seems a no brainer for the judge.
But
One problem I can see is corruption. In the past, seems a while back now, I would never have questioned British courts/judges being anything other than fair and all above board. But this trust has been eroded away over the years and in this present climate of whitewashes, blind eyes and cover ups I do have a fear of Tony getting shafted by corrupt officials.
Even so, being positive, I'm more hopeful of favourable call in favour of Tony which might go a small way in restoring a small modicom of my faith in the British legal system.
Thoughts are with you Tony.

HA! I suppose it had to come to this. But they are strangely unable to see similar corruption in Portugal, which has been staring us all in the face since reading The Trial Transcript of The Cipriano Case, and various other peculiar goings on.
But to accuse a British High Court Judge is pushing their luck a bit. Especially since that Banner has no doubt alerted Judge Tugendhat to their horrible ramblings. Although I doubt he will get too fazed by those.

I knew when Bennett corrected the statement of what the judge allegedly said; the 'C' word would rear its ugly head.

Well, we knew they would declare that the court is IN IT, J-P.
It's the only excuse they can ever come up with. That's the way they can hold onto their version of the truth and how unfair life is to them.

.I've taken a real liking to Judge Tugendhat. I really have.
And I wish Mr. Bennett strength & courage, and success.

When are they going to start Spamming him, and sending him "Evidence", that's what I want to know? They had better get a move on. Judgement Day approaches.

'Willo' is a real Free Speach but only for me, job. She's the one who tried to have Myths shut down because she didn't like what she was reading about her idols.

Re: It was only a matter of time
Just a shame that as usual those idiots on Haverns and other places who follow Bennett like little puppies with their owner didn't wake up sooner.
People here were saying that the Judge was neutral days ago and that when those puppy-like idiots woke up they would be crying "He's innit, innit!"
Bennett is so predictable and his puppy dog followers even more so.
