Yes, that is a mussel the diver is carrying - they are having to move them one at a time, and re-bed them elsewhere.

I've just watched a fascinating documentary on Discovery about the salvage, Pedro - hope you get to see it in Portugal.

Amazing, that the contractors intend to refloat the Concordia and get her to a scrapyard - and I can see now why she has to be scrapped. I can't recall the technical terms, but the hull's 'integrity' is gone; she should make it to shore, with a lot of help, but it's a bit like twisting a tin can on a huge scale.

I was stunned at the havoc her idiot captain caused. All those lives destroyed, families who will never get over the loss - and the enormity of the operation to sort his mess out.

It's rather eery, the way the port side looks more or less normal, but the starboard side is a dirty, mangled mess. Maybe now the enormity of what he's done will sink in with her ex-captain?

Wow!! That is a lot of damage but the salvage is beyond impressive. Well done guys.

I freely admit, I thought most of her was going to be on the reef forever more, Lily, with maybe the top sections removed? I am in awe of the engineers.
