And WTF does he think that sign on the tarmac he drove over means, then?

if his car was illegaly parked, why wasn´t he towed, and stayed impounded for several months, and the owner forced to pay a huge fee, as punishment, meanwhile during the time his car stayed impounded, again, as punishment, he should be forced to use public transportation like any other person in UK.

Contempt for the disabled is what it is.

I detest what they have been trying to do this week, turn half of the community on the other half. And as for hijacking the Philpotts for their own agenda - they should hang their heads in shame.
