Ah, it's Gonc and co the numties think is going to be arrested before the 'trial'! And from the look of Gonc, he isn't sleeping any too well at night.

Wonder why that is?

They could arrest him on The Courtroom steps, after he's signed the cheque, of course. And at least they'll know where to find him.

Their brains should be pickled so that scientists in the future can study them.

Portuguese Goncalo Amaral, 52, is being sued for £1million in libel damages by Kate and Gerry McCann, both 45.

The civil case in Lisbon will be adjourned on September 13 and will then continue on September 19 and 20.

Madeleine vanished just days before her fourth birthday from her family’s holiday apartment in the Algarve resort of Praia da Luz on May 3, 2007.

It will happen in due course and in the meantime, someone will get the correct date.  

everytime this libel case is adjourned, in my opinion, it is because this amaral is scared of being condemned. coward, he don´t even have the guts of face the court, against his despicable actions, this disgusting, vile amaral is not a coward when he attacks innocent women in jail, throwing them from the stairs, exactly like he did with Leonor Cipriano. you gonçalo amaral are a COWARD. you stink.

Those are very close to the dates Gonc wriggled out of last year...was that when he pretended his lawyer lived 'too far away' to defend him?

Another legal action where Gonçalo Amaral is also targeted by the McCann couple, where they claim 1.2 million euros for alleged statements that the couple consider defamatory, will take place on September 13, 2012 [the first session].

A judicial source told today to Lusa News Agency that the trial that was scheduled to start on February 9 of the current year, will proceed on 14, 20 and 21 of September, at the 1st Circuit of the Civil Court of Lisbon, at the Justice Palace.

I'll believe it when I see it, that coward has managed to delay the courts for so long, he's bound to try some other stunt.

Still hasn't sunk in with the McCann-haters that the McCanns don't have to 'prove' anything.

The real world knows that they don't but in forkerville, of course they must.  

Oh, wait a minute. The McCanns are going to have to prove that Goncalo Amaral is a complete wanker.  Oh My, that might be a bit difficult, or not.

Do you know, I wouldn't actually put too much money on it at the moment.  I think that they will probably win, but not to the tune of what they are asking for.  But then the asking for is only ever a maybe.  One Million, half a Million.  Who cares?  I don't think that there is all that much money in the pot.  And they can't ever get what he hasn't got.  And he had already spent a fair bit of what he earned.
I reckon on about £300,000. But then I always have.

I have a funny feeling that this business of Gonc being unable to tell the difference between Eddie and Keela explains a lot, Sabot...not to mention the small detail of him not bothering to check whether or not Grand Scenics have 'wheelwells'.
