If this doesn't put young people off drugs, nothing will
Crystal meth shame of bank chief: Counting off £20 notes to buy hard drugs, this is the man who ran the Co-op Bank... three days after telling MPs how it lost £700m
Methodist minister Paul Flowers, 63, was caught on camera buying drugs
It was just days after he was grilled by MPs over his bank's performance
He is seen in his car discussing the cocaine and crystal meth he wants
He then counts out £300 in £20 notes and sends a friend to make the deal
The video handed over by an acquaintance 'disgusted by his hypocrisy'
Last night MPs demanded Rev Flowers appear before them again
Flowers boasts of using ketamine along with cannabis and club drug GHB
Sample of revelations:
Flowers, who is gay, also boasts of using illicit substances including ketamine, a powerful Class C tranquilliser nicknamed 'ket', along with cannabis and club drug GHB.
In one text, Flowers wrote how his plans for a party were 'turning into a two day, drug fuelled gay orgy!!!' In another, he boasted of how he was 'snorting some good stuff'. That was sent on the day he was first scheduled to appear before the Commons committee, but the session ran out of time to hear him. And last week, he said in a text: 'I'm on ket tonight.'

It certainly does, Lily. He's actually succeeded in being WORSE than the Mayor of Toronto - at least he doesn't seem to have been involved in gay orgies with young men. Yet.
Hizzoner of Toronto:
If drug-taking is now the preserve of fat, ageing, public officials, it'll turn off more teenagers than a million health warnings.

The scale of this is truly awesome, isn't it? And I am still waiting to find out who thought it was a good idea to put a predatory, drug-addled pervert, and pretendy reverend in change of a bank in the first place.
Awesome.
Awesome.

It's not often you can refer to a public figure as being a sex-crazed, drug-addict pervert and it not be libel, is it?

Re: If this doesn't put young people off drugs, nothing will
Relations between Rupert Murdoch and Tony Blair have collapsed over reports of Mr Blair’s friendship with the media mogul’s ex-wife, Wendi Deng.
The former Prime Minister has always maintained his friendship with Ms Deng is platonic.
But Mr Murdoch is said to regard the rift with Mr Blair as ‘terminal’ and has refused to speak to him since he filed for divorce from Ms Deng in June. Mr Blair has tried to contact Mr Murdoch but has been rebuffed.
Sources close to Mr Murdoch in London say that staff at his home in California claimed Mr Blair and Ms Deng stayed there overnight at the same time on weekends in October 2012 and April this year, without Mr Murdoch’s knowledge.
It is also claimed that Mr Blair and Ms Deng had ‘multiple encounters’ of which Mr Murdoch was unaware. They are said to include a weekend overnight stay at Mr Murdoch’s home in Los Angeles and meetings in London and New York.
There is no suggestion by this newspaper of any impropriety by Mr Blair or Ms Deng. And Mr Blair’s friends have repeatedly denied he had an affair with Ms Deng.

Re: If this doesn't put young people off drugs, nothing will
The restaurant row between Nigella Lawson and her husband Charles Saatchi which ended in her apparently being choked by him may have been sparked by her alleged drug-taking, a court heard.
The 53-year-old domestic goddess 'habitually took cocaine' on a daily basis for a decade but kept it secret from her millionaire art dealer husband, it was claimed.
She also allegedly abused prescription drugs and took cannabis during their marriage.
Mr Saatchi accused Miss Lawson of being 'so off your heads on drugs' that she allowed their personal assistants to spend whatever they liked on credit cards in an email, a judge was told.
He branded her 'Higella' in the message - and accused her of 'poisoning' her daughter Cosmina, 19, with drugs before adding: 'Classy!'
The claims emerged as Italian sisters Francesca and Elisabetta Grillo prepare to stand trial charged with spending £300,000 on luxuries including designer clothes and first-class air travel on their credit cards.
Mr Saatchi and Nigella split up after their ten-year marriage collapsed when pictures were published in June showing the art dealer holding his wife by the throat.
During the row, he could also be seen grabbing her nose.

It is too obvious that it is a smear campaign. Yeah she may have done it, but for 10 years...every day?

Defence lawyers are raising questions, but have been over-ruled:

Oh, and now you can support Nigella on twitter should you so desire - #teamNigella. One or two have remarked that you'd need to be stoned to put up with Saatchi.
