As we're always being told how super-smart the PJ are, and that some of them claim to call themselves 'Doctor' - how come they couldn't even get the nationality of important witnesses right?

They didn't have to be intelligent to get into The PJ. They just had to be bullies. And if they wanted to join then they were bullies by definition.
No one half decent would have wanted to join in the first place. This also follows with their supporters. Take a look on Justice. The Haters are all bullies.

Bullies always do, Lily. I was one of the first to join "Justice" in some mistaken belief that it would be unbiased, and so I saw the bullying and insults right from the start.
But silly me. There is no notoriety without unfairness. I should have known that after all this time.
