At his trial v The McCanns, Bennett handed over a list of names. Those names were of posters also posting threats, lies and smears.
Lots of interesting names on there. Names, addresses, e-mail addresses, and in some cases telephone numbers.

Is 'Dr' Roberts a dab hand in the kitchen, Jean-Pierre? Because Ludke has also written a cookbook.

Essex?   Didn't the disgraced former solicitor get his degree in geography?  

They love their self-styled titles.  What is Bennett's?  OMG, Bonny, please.  Am laughing too much already, don't remind me of the booting off Fox.  Aka, the Fox trot, perchance?

Bennett most likely saw it as greatly helping his case, Sabot.  Pity he is a failed solicitor, he might not have made those kinds of unnecessary mistakes.

Well, honestly, Lily. "I have a right to say what I say because other people agree with me." That simply means that they were all breaking the law.

Mr Bennett tried to turn a Contempt of Court Case into a Libel Trial, probably because for some obscure reason he thought it would be cheaper than actually being done for Libel. And he could get to spout his Libel in Court without the consequences.

I also think he had this misbegotten idea that he could turn it into a trial of the McCanns where he could have them in the dock interrogating them even on the Fund. 

He would then do his best impersonation of Perry Mason after which the Judge would declare him a brilliant prosecutor or other such rubbish.

No real conception of The Law, Lily. Or totally deluded. Or both.

He has some problem, that is plain to see, and I think a shrink might sort it out.  Or maybe not......

He is certainly going to get himself into more trouble before much longer, Lily. And so is Havern's. Was Brenda Leyland Murdered is sick beyond belief.

Yes he most certainly will but I suspect he doesn't understand that.   

Also allowing what was said on his not forum, went way beyond the question of any decency and respect for her family.

Methinks he's left some names off that list he's posted on Havern's. Or is that a secret?
