I don't think Gamble has much to worry about. Every single Pied Piper that the haters latch onto to Get the word out to the masses turns out to be a fake, fraud or lunatic. And occasionally, all three.

Oh, I do hope Sweepy wasn't friendly in RL with Portugaldoesaline, what with Sweepy visiting CA, and the self-confessed druggie living in CA.

McFadden did seem awfully keen to incite Sweepy into foolishness, with that harrassment of a young woman she imagined was a witness, and the disgusting abuse Sweepy hurled at her, and the way Sweepy gloated about frightening her victim.

Madeleine as a person is irrelevant to them. They just want a dead body. Either to blame The McCanns or to heap more misery on them.

Please God this never happens. I feel ill even thinking about what they will do. Some of them would undoubtedly be prosecuted, but that wouldn't be much consolation.

The more proof of innocence they get, the worse they get. And the more proof they get that they are Trolls, the more determined they become to do just that.
They are irredeemably flawed, so the only thing to be done is to shut them up.

They would be well advised to wind their necks in over Ms Leyland's death until after the inquest, Sabot. I suspect they aren't going to like what they are going to hear.

The coroner isn't going to be greatly interested in their babyish 'dossiers' of he said-she saids; he or she will have all the evidence needed from a primary source - Leyland's computer/s and phone records.

It's not going to do much for their hateful cause if it turns out she was friendly with scum like McFadden and Pillock in RL, especially as Pillock lives under a rock somewhere in the same area.

Personally, I doubt that the general public will get much of that. The Coroner will have some sensibilities for Brenda's family.

A verdict of "While the Balance of Mind was Disturbed" will do me.

And, Yep, sorry, I do feel very sorry for the state that Brenda must have been in for some considerable time. Most of these very sad people do have mental health issues, and no one really cares.
All of her Tweeting probably kept her alive for longer than she might have been.

I am not an RIP sort of person, but I do hope she found some peace.

Hmm, I'm not sure, Sabot. Because the haters have been inundating the coroner with rubbish, he or she may feel it is essential for the public to know exactly what Ms Leyland was doing in pursuit of her secret hobby.

The public may feel less than sorry for someone living in a beautiful English village, that holidayed in California - in short, had a life many can only dream of - and chose to spend her time doing something so wicked.

No sane person reading those vicious tweets, or the FB posts, or learning of the obsessive email-writing and abuse-spreading, can be anything but horrified. The coroner may well feel it's important to make it crystal clear that the only person Ms Leyland was a victim of was herself.

Well, I don't really want to hear it, Bonny. I had a few problems with one of my sons some time ago, and it was distressing. And as a Mother, you always wonder if you could have done things differently. Well, I did.
And living alone is not always easy. Some cope better than others. It is the society of today for so many. And being totally estranged from one of your sons could be devastating. Take your mind off it. Tweet Shite. I can see her doing that.

But I am not suicide material, and nor am I likely to shame myself by being so unkind. Or to so hurt any of my family.

I think that her problems with her family are more likely to be the cause.

Yes, I am sure that played into it, especially as she died on her estranged son's birthday. As for the rest - it will all come out in the wash at the inquest. Maybe Brunt's intervention brought all those nasty, sick fantasies she'd been fed by her so-called 'friends' online crashing down to earth, and she realised what a fool she'd been? How nasty?

Time will tell. But the haters really do need to take a long, hard look at themselves, and the role they may have played in this tragedy.
